How easy is it to place an order?
It is really very simple! Just follow the steps given below to own something you would love to have!
- Select a category and choose the product of your choice. Then simply to add it to your bag.
- Create an account by registering or you can also proceed by entering your email id.
- Enter the shipping address
- If you have a Welcome Voucher/Discount coupon you wish to redeem, and then enter the applicable code(s) in the appropriate box.
- Check the final price of the product with its shipping charges (wherever applicable), Select one of the available payment options and, Voila! Your order has been placed!
- Watch out for a confirmation note, which will reach you by mail and SMS.
- You can even call us or opt for email communication.
Is there any way of confirming if the order has been placed properly and successfully?
Oh yes! As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation via email and also through a text message. Once you receive this confirmation message, it would mean that your order has been placed successfully. This mail/SMS will have all the details related to your order.
I have not received any SMS/ Mail about the order confirmation. How to confirm the order now?
Please drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the transaction details. We will get back to you with a confirmation of the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, in case you have changed your mind and do not wish to continue with the placed order, you can contact us by dropping us a mail at email@example.com before the order gets processed, You will need to hurry, because we are running fast to process your order.
You will get the refund of money within 10 days from the date of your Order cancellation.

I am excited to receive my order! Does it take many days to deliver an order?
We feel your excitement! So it will be our endeavor to deliver your order at the earliest! To keep things clear, we always mention an estimated delivery time on the Order Summary page. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location
Sometimes, unavoidable circumstances may delay a delivery. These could be reasons affected by bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you with emails and SMS. Do check for regular updates.
Normally, the delivery is done within 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch mentioned in the mail. The delivery time is also dependant on the mailing address mentioned by you.
How do I track my placed order?
We will keep you informed about the shipment of your order at every step via Email & SMS, which will contain the tracking details and expected delivery date.
Are there any shipping charges?
Yes, there are shipping charges applicable, depending on the product. This will be mentioned on the website. Else, we do free shipping, depending on promotional or festive offers.
Why is the delivery time different for different products?
The delivery time may vary as the products get dispatched through different sellers.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
We deliver only on business days. Business days are defined as all working days in a week, that is from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are currently limited to delivering within Indian Territories only
I ordered more stuff than I received! Why did I receive only a part of the order?
Please be informed that there may be times when you receive certain items in your order sooner than the others. This happens because we receive shipments from different suppliers at different times. We are particular about getting your order delivered at the earliest. So without allowing the slower items to hold up your entire order, we ship your order as soon as we get them.
Will I have to pay the delivery charges each time, if my order is delivered in instalments?
Oh no! We would not ask that of you! Delivery charges will be paid just once, and this will be as per your original invoice. As for the remaining elements of your order, those would also be delivered to you at the earliest.
In the rare case that we are unable to fulfil your purchase, we will refund you the amount paid for the undelivered item, if you have not chosen the COD option.
I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
We are terribly sorry, but try as we might, the current logistics infrastructure does not allow us to expedite further at this time.
